Your deadline to file your 2023 Federal return is June 17, 2024 if:

-You’re living and maintaining business outside of the US and Puerto Rico at the time of April 15th

-You are in military or naval service outside of the US or Puerto Rico

AND all US taxpayers whose tax preparers are located in the FEMA designated disaster areas:

The deadline to file various individual and business tax returns and to make tax payments is now May 1st, 2025.

This includes:

  • 2024 tax returns normally due in March/April 2025

  • 2023 individual and corporate returns with valid extensions

  • quarterly estimated payments
